30K sign on bonus. Neuro, MSK, or Body Fellowship Trained Daytime Radiologists
Adventist HealthCare Imaging is seeking a board-certified radiologist to join our group of 13 radiologists located in the Maryland suburbs of DC. Current fellows are encouraged to apply. Our group provides services for 3 hospitals, a freestanding ER, as well as 5 outpatient imaging centers. These positions are primarily hospital and office based; however occasional shifts will eventually be allowed to work remotely with home workstation provided. Shifts are 8:00am-5:00pm with NO evenings. Weekends average out to 1.5 Saturday or Sunday morning shifts/month. There are 12 weeks of guaranteed vacation.
The incoming radiologist would be an equal member from day one. A base salary is guaranteed with bonuses based on shift counts and productivity. Physician will be paid an annual draw of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for an anticipated productivity of 10,000 wRUVs. Supplemental compensation is payable equal to $35 per RVU for productivity that exceeds 10,000 annualized wRVU.
Expect 50% in your subspecialty, with general diagnostic skills needed. No mammography is required. Procedures are limited to GI/fluoro, and the ability to perform the rare LP/myelogram or joint aspiration is preferred.
